Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of geminos.io and the app.geminos.io dashboard. By creating an account or starting a delivery you accept them. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, ask us before you pay.

1. The service

Geminos provides configurable delivery of viewer sessions, automated chat messages, follower additions, and VOD/clip views to public streaming channels, controlled from a web dashboard. Delivered activity is automation: it is not an organic audience, and nothing in the service creates watch-time, community, program eligibility, revenue, or ranking guarantees. Delivered sessions do not request Twitch advertising, do not generate billable ad impressions, and are not provided for the purpose of generating advertising revenue.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a working email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
• The service only requires the public channel name of the channel you configure. We never ask for streaming-platform credentials, and you must not enter credentials belonging to someone else's account or configure deliveries to channels you do not control or lack permission for.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

3. Free trial

The 24-hour trial requires no payment details. When it ends, delivery stops automatically — there is nothing to cancel and no charge can occur. Trials are limited to one per person and channel; creating multiple accounts to chain trials is a breach of these terms.

4. Billing and cancellation

• Plans bill in advance on the cadence shown at checkout (weekly or monthly). Prices exclude VAT where applicable; the checkout shows the final total before you confirm.
• You can cancel renewal at any time from the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• If a delivery fails to run as configured and support cannot fix it, we credit or refund the affected period. Beyond that, payments for delivered service periods are non-refundable.

5. Refill policy

If a meaningful portion of a delivered follower order drops within the published coverage window, we top the count back up at no charge. The refill policy is a service commitment, not a permanence guarantee — platform-side removals are outside anyone's control (see section 6).

7. Acceptable use

• No deliveries to channels you do not own or lack the owner's permission for.
• No use of automated chat for harassment, impersonation of real people, scams, or content that violates the target platform's community guidelines.
• No deceiving or attempting to deceive Twitch, sponsors, advertisers, platforms, or partners about delivered activity. You must not represent it as organic audience or use it as proof of genuine reach or advertising performance.
• No reselling, probing, or disrupting the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with a refund of any unused period except in cases of abuse or fraud.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect damages — including lost revenue, lost sponsorships, platform enforcement, or removed metrics. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. Material changes are announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. The current version always lives at this page with its date shown above.
